The process starts with a piece of material using a thermoplastic resin. Fibers can include glass, carbon, aramid and more. Resins can include TPU, nylon, polypropylene, polyethylene and more.
Material is thermoformed in as little as 60 seconds. Piece is rough-trimmed.

Molded piece is then trimmed using proprietary laser trimming system.
